Attend weekly preseason training meetings

  • In person at office or on Zoom

  • Tuesdays at 7 PM Mountain Time

Engage in one-on-one training with your manager/mentor to prepare for the program

In-Market Daily Schedule

Schedule is subject to change depending on the area and the leadership. However, as a general approach, the below schedule will produce above average results and lead to a very successful program.

Monday–Friday

9:00 AM – 9:45 AM: Correlation Meeting (Mandatory)

12:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Field Work

8:30 PM – Late: Callbacks and documentation

Saturday

8:30 AM – 8:45 AM: Correlation Meeting (Mandatory)

8:45 AM – 5:00 PM: Field Work

5:00 PM: Team Activity (Optional)

Sundays OFF

Direct Sellers must adhere to the daily schedule provided by their leader “with exactness.” Success in this program depends on consistent, disciplined effort.

Commission Advances

  • Momentum will provide an Up-Front Advance of $100 per Serviced Account against anticipated commissions.

  • Advances are paid every 1-2 weeks (depending on the Service Partner) for serviced accounts completed in the pay period.

  • In October, you will be advanced up to $50 per active account.

  • Final backend commissions will be settled on or before January 31, 2026, following an audit of all active Serviced Accounts.

Charge-Backs

  • Accounts that cancel their service contract before January 15, 2026 will result in a deduction of the commission from your next paycheck or final backend payment.

  • By January 15th, accounts should not be more than 60 days past due on any previously rendered services, otherwise they will be considered “Bad Debt” accounts and any upfront commissions already paid will be deducted from the final backend payment.

  • Deductions will be applied to future commissions and, if necessary, the final backend payment.

Chargebacks should be avoided at all costs!

If you suspect an account may cancel or fail to pay, trust your instincts and WALK AWAY.

Housing and Transportation

Housing

Momentum provides furnished company housing for Direct Sellers relocating over 100 miles.

  • Monthly Housing Cost: $675/month, deducted from your paychecks in equal divisions depending on pay frequency.

  • Direct Sellers meeting performance thresholds will qualify for a Housing Bonus to reimburse the $675/month rent expense in full. (Must sell a minimum of $82,500 in serviced revenue)

Transportation

While not required, reps are encouraged to bring their own cars to market.

  • For those without a cars, in market transportation arrangements will be arranged.

  • Direct Sellers are required to arrange their travel to and from the market assignment at the beginning and the end of the program.

How Much Can I make in a Summer?

The job is challenging, but like most things in life, your output matches your input. While earnings can vary, a typical week in pest control sales usually brings in $1,000 to $1,500. Stay committed, heed leadership advice, and earning around $20,000 from 100 days of work is a realistic goal.

Yet, some employees have gone beyond, with rookies even earning multiple 6 figures in their first summer. Are you next?

How will I Be Paid?

Payment will be carried out via check or direct deposit. Payment occurs 2-4 times per month, depending on which of our partners you work with. Final backends will be paid out no later than January 31st.

What Market Will I Be Working In?

We have locations throughout the United States. However, this year, there's a high demand in our traditional markets such as California and Texas. These states boast strong economies and are abundant with pests, making pest control more of a necessity. All market assignments are usually made final by March 1st.

How Long Does The Training Take?

Most of our reps train in our out-of-market season by attending weekly meetings at our office or over zoom. Reps are also given access to an online training platform. It takes most reps 5-10 hours of practice/exposure to training to get their pitch to a place where it is ready for use on the doors. For optimal success, reps are encouraged to study the training 30-60 minutes per day from the time they are hired until the end of the selling season.

What Can I Do To Be Fully Prepared for the Selling Season?

The best way to prepare is to show up to weekly training meetings, meet with your team leader regularly to get feedback, and study our online training platform D2D SECRETS daily.
